Emma Leaf's Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath

Join us for this very special Candlelit Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath

Emma Leaf is our Yoga Nidra teacher. She will be leading regular Friday evening sessions to nourish your whole body, mind and heart.



Emma will play healing sounds during these sessions with crystal singing bowls, shamanic healing instruments, chimes and a beautiful transformative gong!



Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is a wonderful deep relaxation which complements the efforts you make in your regular asana practice. It reduces daily stress by turning attention inward for your own healing awareness and cultivating a deep meditative state to help you find quietude and stillness.



We will start with light seated stretches to prepare the body, followed by ancient mantra to sense into our intention. We then lie down in Savasana (corpse pose) with soft blankets, bolsters and as many pillows as you wish to deeply rest your body while you are guided through a journey of great inner discovery.



Yoga nidra has many benefits:
