Energising Vinyasa Flow Course
Zoe will guide you through a creative, flowing asana sequence aimed at building strength and stability, aligning movement with breath. An ideal class for improvers moving on from beginners 1 and 2 classes who want to up their yoga practice a notch or two.
This class is taught to music and will start with breath awareness, moving on to creative warm ups, then working towards a dynamic asana sequence which you can explore at your own level in a nurturing and playful environment. The class will finish with a short meditation leaving you rejuvenated, peaceful and inspired.
