Yoga for Runners & Cyclists

Whether you take your running seriously or it's just a hobby, this workshop with show you how yoga can help support and enhance your sport. We'll be exploring poses that target the main muscle groups used by runners in order to increase flexibility as well as strength. Breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation will also be incorporated to enhance focus, concentration and stamina. No experience of yoga is necessary to participate.
