Living Mindfully

Introduction to Mindfulness Course

'Living Mindfully' - a practical and participatory course

with Sophie Carr MTI

‘If you want to conquer the anxiety of life—live in the moment, live in the breath.’ Mindfulness is a proven method of reducing stress, increasing focus, regulating emotions and cultivating one’s sense of wellbeing. We can reduce unhelpful thought patterns, and develop self-acceptance and inner calm. The course is suitable for anyone who is interested in establishing a mindfulness practice suitable for everyday life.

A willingness to commit to a daily home practice of 15-30 minutes is a prerequisite of the course.

Entry to the course is by application. Please download and complete the application form and return it to Sophie Carr at info@yogaco.co.uk. All information disclosed is strictly confidential.
