MTA Pickleball Silver Membership (Limited Access- Any Day) Access: 7 days a week 15 open play sessions 2 hour court booking 20% off Group Classes & 50% ball machine rental Official MTA Pickleball Club T-shirt Concierge game arranging service Access to member’s only events Unlimited use of demo paddles MTA Pickleball Club Rules & Guidelines: Registration – All players must be registered through the MTA Pickleball Club platform on TeamUp. This includes guests of members. Court Hours – Courts are open daily from 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Rules of Play – All play follows USA Pickleball Official Rules (see attached). Proper Footwear – Non-marking tennis or pickleball shoes are required. Running or walking shoes are not permitted as they do not provide sufficient support. Protective Gear – Hats and plastic sunglasses or protective goggles are highly recommended. Age Requirement – Open play, clinics, tournaments, and leagues are for ages 14 and up, unless designated as a junior program or approved by staff. Balls – Maximum of 3 balls per court, unless otherwise specified. Court Etiquette – Please wait for a break in play before walking through or around another court in use. Line Calls – When in doubt, don’t call it out! If you and your partner disagree on a call, the point goes to your opponent. Court Safety – Courts must be completely dry before use. Rol-Dri squeegees are available to speed up drying. Memberships – Memberships may be cancelled anytime by either the member or MTA. A prorated refund of dues will be issued within 30 days. Personal Items – MTA is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. Please contact staff to check the lost & found. Referral Program – Members receive 50% off one month’s dues for each new pickleball member they refer to MTA. Paddle Rentals – Rented paddles must be returned to staff after use. Please report any damage immediately. Food & Beverages – No food, alcohol, gum, or smoking on the courts. Dispose of all trash in the provided receptacles. Ball Safety – Clear stray balls promptly to prevent falls. If a ball enters your court, call out “Ball-on!”, return the ball, and replay the point. Court Capacity – Maximum 6 players per court (4 playing, 2 subbing in). Waiting players may sit on sidelines or benches. Contact- please contact (747) 269-1305 with any questions or concerns.. Injuries – Report any injuries immediately to staff. A first-aid kit is available in the black shed on the court. Cancellations – A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all programs, events, and lessons. Junior Players – Players under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or staff member to use the courts, unless approved otherwise by staff.
