CANCELLATION POLICY:
To ensure all our participants have the best experience, we require a 24-hour notice for
cancellations of group classes.
This notice period allows us to manage our scheduling effectively and offer the vacated spot to
other interested participants. If you provide a cancellation notice at least 24 hours before your
class, you will be eligible for a makeup class.
Please contact us directly to arrange your makeup session or schedule directly in the app. The
software will leave a credit for a class available.
This policy helps us maintain a fair and organized system for all our attendees.
MAKE UP POLICY:
At Mika's Tennis Academy, we understand that schedules can change, and unforeseen
circumstances can arise. To accommodate our students while maintaining the quality of our
group classes, we have established the following makeup policy:
1. Notification Requirement:
- Students must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice if they are unable to attend a
scheduled group class. This allows us to manage our class sizes effectively and offer makeup
opportunities where possible.
2. Credit for Makeup Classes:
- When the 48-hour notice requirement is met, students will receive a credit towards a makeup
class. Additionally, this credit can also be applied towards our camps, offering more flexibility
and options for our students. Makeup opportunities and camp participation are subject to
availability and eligibility.
3. No Guaranteed Makeups:
- While we strive to accommodate makeup requests, we cannot guarantee that space will be
available in all desired classes or camps. Makeup opportunities are subject to class sizes, camp
capacity, and availability to ensure the quality of instruction for all students.
4. Enrollment Requirement for Makeup Use:
- Students must be currently enrolled in a session to be eligible to use their makeup credits.
This ensures that our makeup policy benefits our active and engaged students, providing them
with additional opportunities to enhance their skills.
5. Eligibility for Makeup Classes and Camps:
- Makeup classes and camp spots are only available for students who have provided the
required 48-hour notice and have received a credit. Eligibility also depends on the level of the
class or camp and the student’s skill level to ensure compatibility.
6. Scheduling Makeup Classes and Camp Participation:
- Students wishing to use their makeup credit should contact the academy's administration as
soon as possible to inquire about available classes or camp sessions. Makeup credits must be
utilized within 3 months and cannot be carried over to subsequent sessions.
7. Limitations and Restrictions:
- Makeup credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
Each makeup credit is valid for a single makeup class or can be applied towards camp
participation, per missed session. The academy reserves the right to limit the number of makeup
opportunities based on operational capacity.
8. Cancellations by the Academy:
- In the rare event that a class or camp session is canceled by Mika's Tennis Academy, all
enrolled students will automatically receive a makeup credit, regardless of the 48-hour notice
policy. These credits will also be subject to the same terms regarding scheduling and availability.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our makeup policy. Our goal is to
provide a flexible and fair solution for our students while ensuring the highest quality of tennis
