Your journey will commence with a 30 minute Nurturing Yoga Flow, giving you an opportunity to move your body and find deep relaxation prior to the instrumental element of the session.A sound journey is a deeply rejuvenating submersion in sound. The use of gongs, Himalayan/crystal bowls and other instruments weave together to create a sonic soundscape. A sound journey enables our brain to expand into the theta state, the same state that is achieved through meditation.

Terms and Conditions
This class pass will entitle the purchaser to attend one Sound Journey at our Marlborough studio. Booking in advance is essential. This pass cannot be refunded and will expire 1 month after purchase. Unless otherwise noted, this pass is non-transferable. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Failure to attend a booked class, or cancellations made within 12 hours of the class, will result in the class being deducted from the account.
