Experience a full day of GALLIM Methods, repertory coaching, and Creative Inquiry with GALLIM’s Founder, Choreographer, and Artistic Director Andrea Miller!
Feed your creative engines in this one-day-only opportunity to move with and learn from Andrea Miller. Anchored in the signature physical movement style and ongoing exploration of the essential elements of human behavior that define Miller’s approach, the day will offer technical skills and direct movement coaching in GALLIM Methods and repertory, as well as dialogue and mentorship supporting individual creative voices and artistic expression inside the larger dance landscape. Explore the alchemy of movement and performance, rooted in a deep belief that movement is our chance to learn, be, and connect.
QUALIFICATIONS & REGISTRATION
The GALLIM Experiences are open to all preprofessional and professional movement artists with prior experience and an interest in training in GALLIM technique and repertory. Participants must be at least 16 years of age to participate.
Enrollment: Enrollment is first come, first served until capacity is reached.
COVID Safety Policies: All participants will must be vaccinated for COVID-19. Covid safety precautions may be updated as new information becomes available.

SCHOLARSHIP AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
There are two full Emergent Artist Scholarships for Black, Indigenous, Asian, Pacific Islander, Hispanic, Latino/a/x, and people of global majority artists available for this Experience.
Eligibility & Selection Criteria:
-This scholarship is designated for people who identify as people of the global majority including but not limited to Black and African American, Asian, Hispanic and Latino/a/x, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, American Indian or Alaska Native, Middle Eastern or North African, and multiracial.
-This scholarship is intended for people possessing financial barriers that would impact one's ability to attend this intensive.
-Interest and calling toward deepening one's artistic process with GALLIM.
-Movement sample demonstrates individual artistic expression, physical range, and creative voice.
Selection: Applications are due by February 8th and will be issued on February 12th
Financial Aid is available by application due by February 8th. Aid will be issued on February 12th
