Strength Club is our 6 week Strength course at #TeamReach HQ, for guys & girls looking to get mobile and then lift and shift their bodies & weights in order to change shape, add lean tissue and improve strength.
From compound barbell work including Front Squats & Deadlifts to gymnastic body weight calisthenics strength drills that will build strength from the inside out. You will learn new skills and have your individual progress tracked throughout.
This course includes 18 intense training sessions, limited to just 8 people for great levels of coaching and individual exercise progressions for just £234.
