Strength Club (SC) is our 6 week Strength course at #TeamReach HQ, for guys & girls looking to get mobile and then lift and shift some heavy weights in order to change shape, pack on some lean tissue and improve strength.

From big compound barbell work including Front Squats & Deadlifts to gymnastic body weight calisthenics strength drills that will build strength from the inside out. You will learn new skills and have your individual progress tracked throughout.

This course includes 12 intense training sessions, limited to just 8 people for great levels of coaching and individual exercise progressions for just £156.
