Our brand new ‘New Customer Starter Pack’ is a perfect way to start your Pilates journey with North Star Pilates. This pack gives you access to a 2 hour ‘Beginners Workshop’ which will teach you the foundations and unpinning principles to the Pilates method in a small group setting PLUS an additional 5 x Mat classes from our studio timetable. These classes are held at various times and days during the week.
