6 week Beginners Pilates Apparatus Course
This course is an introduction to the Pilates studio apparatus. You will learn foundational exercises on the Reformer, Cadillac Frame, Spring Wall, Pilates Chair, and Arc Barrels and build your practice over the 6 weeks of the course. You will learn how the Pilates equipment can support and challenge your bodies movement and stability and assist you to move with more ease. Using the spring loaded equipment brings resistance into your Pilates practice and will build strength quickly in the body. We are sorry but no full refunds or part refunds for non attendance at classes, missed classes can be made up at any of our other classes with prior arrangement.
