6 Week Introduction to Mat Pilates course

This 6 week course will introduce new students to the practice of Pilates on the Mat. It will cover the foundations to Pilates, 5 basic principles and essential exercises.
Includes support from studio teachers, pre-attendance phone Consultation, access to private FB group with home workouts to practice in between classes.
Ideal to build strength, mobility and flexibility and reduce pain.
This is a full 6 week course and is non refundable.
