All Access Membership Terms

This membership is £165 per month with a minimum commitment of 3 monthly billing cycles. After the initial 3 months, the membership will continue on a monthly rolling basis until cancelled in accordance with our cancellation terms.

The membership provides unlimited access to eligible Gym Classes & Reformer Pilates subject to availability and the published timetable.

A maximum of 2 classes may be attended per day.

Reformer Pilates classes may be booked up to 7 days in advance. Dedicated Reformer memberships have a separate 30-day advance booking window.

Our standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings for Reformer Pilates and 6 hours for the Gym. Please cancel as early as possible if you are unable to attend so that the space can be offered to another member.

If a member has 4 late cancellations and/or no-shows within a rolling 30-day period, Active Body Studios reserves the right to temporarily restrict bookings to a maximum of 1 class per day and 5 classes per week.

If repeated late cancellations or no-shows continue after a restriction has been applied, Active Body Studios reserves the right to withdraw the All Access membership. The member may be offered the option to move to the standard Gym Membership or another suitable membership.

Membership is for the named member only and is non-transferable.

Class times, instructors and timetable availability may occasionally change. All bookings remain subject to availability.
