Terms and Conditions
By purchasing this membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable – All class packages are final sale and cannot be refunded, transferred, or shared.
- Expiration Policy – Course packages must be used within the specified validity period from the date of purchase. Unused classes will not roll over to future courses.
- Booking & Cancellations – Class reservations must be made in advance. Please endeavor to make cancelations at least 24 hours before class starts or inform your trainer that you won't be attending.
- Health & Safety – By participating, you confirm that you are physically fit and able to engage in high-intensity exercise. Please consult a doctor before beginning any new fitness program.
- Schedule Changes – Class times and instructors are subject to change without notice.
- Liability Waiver – Your trainer nor FAR fitness are responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of your class participation
