3 Sessions-  Coach Lead- Small Group Training for Beginners only  Each Week will focus on a different movement 

Week 1 - Squat/Lower body

Week 2 - Press/Upper body

Week 3 - Hinge/Core

This every other week course is designed to help you ease into getting back into a fitness routine. Join Coach Holden for three sessions to learn some of the basics to kickstart your journey through strength training.
