SMART Coaching is a structured online coaching programme combining on-and-off-the-pole foundations, pole-specific progressions and personalised guidance.

PACKAGE PLUS includes 1 monthly private coaching to help you progress efficiently toward your pole goals.

What’s included:

• Everything in SMART BASIC 
• Weekly pole on-demand tutorials (20–40 min), dropping every Tuesdays from mid Jan 2026
• Progressive pole technique pathways 
• Weekly WhatsApp check-ins (every Monday)
• Personalised monthly training plan

• free 45min initial consultation
• 1 x 60-minute private coaching session per month (the first month is focused on the assessment)

Pricing & commitment:

• £120 / month — 3-month minimum commitment
• £109 / month — 6-month commitment
