PROGRESSIVE COURSE - Each week you will learn fundamentals techniques and then you will be able to link the movements in a combo a the end of the course.
What you will learn: Proper shoulders and legs engagement, upper limb levers, basic spins, assisted pole pull ups, climbs, basic knee hooks and sits.
Course length: 8 weeks, drops in available. After completing the first 8 weeks of this course, you can continue with the following 8 week course Or become a member of ARTemis and explore all the weekly schedule with no commitment to a specific course!Your instructor will let you know when you are read to step up to Beginners or directly to Improvers. Pole has a huge syllabus and it is very common to skip basics and go straight to "impressive" tricks. At APS we believe that pole fundamentals have no exception, and if you gain a proper posture alignment, and an overall body stability, proprioception and strength, you will benefit in longer term. You will soon be able to achieve ANYTHING in Pole dance, just be patient, listen to your instructor, focus on yourself, discover your weaknesses and turn them in strengths!
