Steel Squad Premium
Steel Squad is our small group coaching offering. The following is included:

4 Personal Training sessions per week:

Steel Squad sessions designed to combine strength, hypertrophy, movement quality and fitness work
- Session 1 runs Monday and Tuesday.
- Session 2 runs Wednesday and Thursday.
- Session 3 runs Friday and Saturday.

Steel Build sessions where the emphasis shifts towards strength and hypertrophy

Capacity sessions. These are our fitness and conditioning focused sessions. 45 minutes of getting a sweat on. Each session will have a weighting to work on a particular component of fitness

Also included are:
- 1:1 Accountability Coach
- Unlimited access to the open gym outside of coached sessions.
- 1-2-1 support with nutrition, recipe and meal plans.
- Unlimited access to our body scanner helping you better understand your progress and requirements

1-2-1 Personal Training
Steel 1-2-1 Once Per Week
Steel 1-2-1 is our Personal Training offering. The following is included:

- Personal Training sessions with one of our expert coaches.
- 1x session per week - £200 every 4 weeks
- We have a variety of coaches suitable for all goals and clients in all circumstances.
- Access to the gym outside of coached sessions.
- Bespoke Nutrition, Programming and support.
- Three month minimum commitment required.

Contact with the appropriate coach will be organised separately.

Steel 1-2-1 Twice Per Week
Steel 1-2-1 is our Personal Training offering. The following is included:

- Personal Training sessions with one of our expert coaches.
- 2x sessions per week - £340 every 4 weeks
- We have a variety of coaches suitable for all goals and clients in all circumstances.
- Access to the gym outside of coached sessions.
- Bespoke Nutrition, Programming and support.
- Three month minimum commitment required.

Steel 1-2-1 Three Times Per Week
Steel 1-2-1 is our Personal Training offering. The following is included:

- Personal Training sessions with one of our expert coaches.
- 3x sessions per week - £480 every 4 weeks
- We have a variety of coaches suitable for all goals and clients in all circumstances.
- Access to the gym outside of coached sessions.
- Bespoke Nutrition, Programming and support.
- Three month minimum commitment required.

Open Gym OFF PEAK
This is an open gym membership offered during our quieter hours only. The following is included:

- Access to the gym during the specified times below:
Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00

There will be no exceptions to the times you have access to the gym. This includes no recourse due to restricted opening times such as during bank holidays or gym closures of any kind.
