ATTENDANCE
1. Clients are expected to arrive on time for all classes and workshops. If delayed, please notify

2. A “No Show” or “Late Cancel” (cancellation with less than 3 hours’ notice) will result in the
deduction of one class from the client’s current class package. Clients on NEW CLIENT OFFER,
ANNUAL, INDEPENDENT, UNLIMITED or CHALLENGE series will be charged a $15 fee for any
missed class or late cancellation. If a client is automatically moved from the waitlist into a class, the
same cancellation policy applies. Clients will not be penalised if manually enrolled by an
administrator with less than 3 hours’ notice and unable to attend.
3. SHAMANA CIRCLE does not permit clients to use their mobile phones, or other electronic
devices in the studio.
4. Shoes are not permitted beyond the lobby. Clients must store shoes and valuables in the cubicles
provided.
SUPERVISION POLICY
1. Safety is our prioirty. SHAMANA CIRCLE does not permit children under the age of 16 to be left
unattended on the premises for any period of time. All children under the age of 16 must be
accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
2. SHAMANA CIRCLE does allow children 12 and over to participate in classes with their parent or
guardian, provided the child is willing and able to participate without interruption to the class.
USE OF PROPS
1. Props, including but not limited to mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, bars, bangles, rings, balls and
resistance bands are provided for use during classes. Clients may bring and use their own mats
provided that they remove their mat from the premises immediately following class. Unless
otherwise instructed, no other personal equipment or props may be brought for use during class.
2. Many of the props are weighted and props may only be used under the direction of an instructor
and in accordance with their guidance.
3. Clients are required to inform the instructor before class of any injuries, conditions, or limitations
that may affect their ability to safely participate in any prop-based exercises.
4. Clients accept full responsibility for their own safe use of props and acknowledge that improper or
unsupervised use may result in injury. SHAMANA CIRCLE reserves the right, at the instructor’s sole
discretion, to restrict or refuse the use of props if, in the instructor’s judgment, such use presents a
safety risk.
5. Clients are responsible for returning all props to the designated storage areas after use and must
do so in a safe and orderly manner.
PAYMENT & CREDIT CARD POLICY
1. SHAMANA CIRCLE is cashless and accepts VISA/MASTERCARD and direct deposits.
2. All members and class pass holders must have a valid credit card on file.
3. In the event of a “No Show” or “Late Cancel,” SHAMANA CIRCLE reserves the right to charge
the applicable fee or deduct a class pass. If payment fails and remains unresolved, the client’s account
will be suspended until payment is made.

4. THE INDEPENDENT: Single non-refundable payment. Includes unlimited in-studio classes. Will
not be placed on hold or pro-rated during studio closures (including public holidays). No holds,

2. Holders of NEW CLIENT OFFER and THE INDEPENDENT + FEB/JUNE/OCT CHALLENGE membership/package/package are not permitted to suspend or cancel their membership/package/package agreement with SHAMANA CIRCLE.
Cancellation (THE UNLIMITED + SHAMANA at HOME):
1. To cancel your membership/package/package, please send an email to the411@shamanacirclestudio.com and include the reason for your cancellation and feedback on any changes you think we should make.
2. A minimum of 30 day’s notice must be given for THE UNLIMITED cancellation. Cancellation of SHAMANA at HOME is effective immediately.
3. Cancellations cannot be backdated.
4. Membership/Package/Package (access to classes) will end one month after the final monthly billing.
5. Monthly payments, once billed, are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
6. Month-to-Month Passes cannot be placed on hold once cancellation notice has been given.
7. In cancelling, members forfeit their current monthly rate, terms and conditions.
8. Cancellation requests will be reviewed no later than 48 hours, following send of request. Cancellation date will commence from the date and time sent.
Suspension (THE UNLIMITED or ANNUAL):

1. Holders of THE ANNUAL contracts are permitted to cancel their membership/package/package agreement with SHAMANA CIRCLE, however you will not receive a refund. Holders of THE ANNUAL contracts are permitted to suspend their membership/package/package ONCE per year, up to 60 days.
2. Holders of NEW CLIENT OFFER and THE INDEPENDENT + FEB/JUNE/OCT CHALLENGE membership/package/package are not permitted to suspend or cancel their membership/package/package agreement with SHAMANA CIRCLE.
Cancellation (THE UNLIMITED + SHAMANA at HOME):
1. To cancel your membership/package/package, please send an email to the411@shamanacirclestudio.com and include the reason for your cancellation and feedback on any changes you think we should make.
2. A minimum of 30 day’s notice must be given for THE UNLIMITED cancellation. Cancellation of SHAMANA at HOME is effective immediately.
3. Cancellations cannot be backdated.
4. Membership/Package/Package (access to classes) will end one month after the final monthly billing.
5. Monthly payments, once billed, are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
6. Month-to-Month Passes cannot be placed on hold once cancellation notice has been given.
7. In cancelling, members forfeit their current monthly rate, terms and conditions.
8. Cancellation requests will be reviewed no later than 48 hours, following send of request. Cancellation date will commence from the date and time sent.
Suspension (THE UNLIMITED or ANNUAL):
1. To suspend your membership/package/package, please send an email to the411@shamanacirclestudio.com
2. Please include the reason for your suspension. And the requested duration of your suspension.
3. Suspensions must be a minimum of 10 days in length.
4. Suspensions will not exceed a maximum of 60 days total per year.
5. Suspension requests must be made in advance and cannot be backdated.
6. Suspension requests will be reviewed no later than 48 hours, following send of request. Suspension date will commence from the date and time sent.
7. Monthly payments will not be billed while a Month-to-Month Membership/Package/Package is suspended.
8. When the membership/package/package resumes, monthly payments will be adjusted forward by the number of days the membership/package/package was suspended.
9. Monthly payments, once billed, are not eligible for refund.
REFUNDS
1. Class Passes and memberships/packages/packages cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged. 20 class passes expire after 12 months. 10 class passes expire after 6 months.
2. Gift Certificates cannot be returned or surrendered for cash or transferred between persons.
3. Once payment for class or workshop has been made, and a refund is due as a result of timely cancellation or SHAMANA CIRCLE cancellation of class or workshop, refund will be processed within 48 hours.
4. SHAMANA CIRCLE is not responsible for any missed classes. They will not be refunded or exchanged for other classes or products.
