One drop in session for solo training. Suitable for those who are travelling or can’t make it to the usual class time table.

Your 7-day trial starts from the first registered class and your pass must be used within 30 days from the purchase date. You have up to 4 hours before class start time to cancel your class without charge. Please note that any cancellations within 4 hours of class start time or no show will be charged at £5 per occurrence.
This is an ongoing, monthly subscripted, self-led training plan that's been designed to help you gain strength through a mix of resistance sessions and conditioning.
As you make your way through each programme (6-12 week blocks) you will work with varying reps and load to make the most gains you possibly can. Overall, each programme will have a full-body approach which may be split into focused body days for goal-specific phases.
You'll have access to a dedicated app with video exercise demonstrations, workout/rest timers and a place to log your workouts and achievements. All of your exercises, sets, and reps are taken care of, and with flexible scheduling for each workout, you can tailor your training to your current commitments. The only thing you need to do is grind those weights!

Please note that this plan is not suitable for beginners and requires some experience with barbell deadlifts, back squats and bench press. All subscribers must be confident with these lifts already, or competent in learning how from demonstration videos.
Suitability: This plan is suitable for all who meet the skill level mentioned above with a few exclusions. It is not suitable for pregnant/postnatal persons due to exercise selection and workout intensity. If you have a preexisting medical condition that limits your participation in exercise, or have any doubts, please consult your GP prior to signing up.
After purchase: You will be sent the link to your app and program within 48 hours. Please check your spam folder for any missed emails or contact kay@remedyholistic.co.uk for support with setting up.
Cancellations: Your subscription can be cancelled at any time, but please note that cancellations made mid-billing cycle will not be eligible for partial refund for the remainder of the month. Upon cancellation, your plan will continue week to week and end before your next billing cycle.
Please note there is an initial £25 fee to supply your fob for studio access. Please get in touch with us via email or social media to arrange this before signing up. When your fob is ready to collect, you can start your membership.
