Intro to Dance

This beginner-friendly course is designed to teach the fundamental techniques of pole dance.

Suitable for complete beginners with no prior dance experience, as well as those with a pole fitness background who want to improve their flow, musicality, and overall movement quality.

Classes will focus on building confidence, developing strong foundations, and helping you feel more comfortable moving your body in a supportive, judgement-free environment.

What to wear: Knee pads and socks are required. Heels and shorts are optional.
