6 weeks of summer

We all know the summer holidays are one huge juggling act; kids off school, managing work and lack of holidays days, answering emails at ungodly hours and the CONSTANT need for snacks (why do kids eat so much more in the holidays?!?) so I wanted to make sure that your wellbeing wasn't an extra thing to be worrying about.

Which is why I have created my 6 weeks of summer program. For 6 weeks everything is going to be easy, accessible and quick! You'll have the choice of 11 face to face classes, 6 online LIVE classes, 6 pre-recorded HIIT sessions and 6 targeted sessions (2 x core, back, glutes, arms and legs) so you can literally pick what suits you with the time frame that you have.

We'll have a supportive private facebook group where I will share things that I think will help make your summer holiday easier, including some self care strategies because we all know we get put to the bottom of the list when it comes to self care!
