Stretch & Release Workshop
A 90-minute guided experience designed to ease muscle tension, improve flexibility and support lasting mobility. Blending yoga, Pilates and modern movement techniques, this session will leave you feeling relaxed, more open in your body and better connected to your breath.

You’ll also receive simple, take-home strategies to help maintain healthy posture, joint mobility and flexibility beyond the mat.
