Stretch and Release

Join Julie for 90 minutes of stretching, releasing and relaxing.

Using yoga, pilates and myofascial release techniques you will find ways to stretch your body, massage your muscles and release tension that causes aches and pains.

We'll be using stretchy bands, massage balls, foam rollers and our hands to find trigger points and tender spots in the body to slow melt away the tightness. You'll leave the workshop feeling a few inches taller and with less aches and tight bits!
