Happy Body Project Half day retreat

Recover from a hectic summer of juggling school holidays, working, kids clubs, being the family 'taxi' with a blissful half day retreat at our wellness centre.

Having had a full on schedule over the school holidays, we're sure you'll be in need of some 'ME' time, so that's exactly what we have planned for you!

You'll start the day with a beautiful flowing yoga class; Lucy will take you through a Yang to Yin class, with a gentle flow to restore followed by meditation and some grounding movements.

Then you'll join Sam for an hour of Holistic Core RestoreĀ® Heat, a low impact, HIIT style class that is suitable for all ages and abilities. Using bands, balls, light weights and your body weight.

Lunch will then be served. Hopefully the weather will be our friend and you can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful countryside.

Your retreat will finish with an hour and 20 minutes of stretching, self massage, myofascial release (amazing at reducing pain!).

You'll leave feeling energised, stretched, nourished and relaxed.
