6 weeks of conditioning, cardiovascular and core training with Jason online. Over the 6 week period you will work towards improving your strength, your posture, your core, balance, stability and heart health.
Using weights, kettle bells, body weight exercises and resistance bands you'll get a whole body workout leaving you feeling energised, fitter and healthier.
