Description
This is a 12 month membership for 1 person
Includes x2 20 minute training sessions
These cannot be taken together until member has completed 8-10 weeks
OR
x1 20 minute EMS training session & x1 20 minute metabolic training
these can be taken together in the same week but not the same day
Missed / unused sessions do not roll over & are not transferable.
Billed on the 1st of each month £90
Valid on 6 days a week currently excludes Sunday

Please Note: For your health and safety, you are not able to train more than 2x per week EMS Sessions and a maximum of 3x Metabolic Sessions. You must also rest between sessions with a minimum of 3 days between EMS Sessions

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 13 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
