Flying Pole: Spins and Grips (for ages 13 to Adult) with Dana Tanner

Attendees (age 13 to Adult) will work on a variety of entries and spins on aerial pole. Experience different grips and learn transitions that will help you build a foundation on this fun and challenging apparatus. No previous pole experience is needed, however students must be able to invert with ease as a prerequisite to attend

There will be four poles available for this workshop, including powder coated, chrome, and silicone. 

What to wear/bring: Layers are highly encouraged! Form-fitting biker shorts or pole shorts, fitted jeans or fitted sweat pants, crew socks (ankle socks not recommended), a fitted shirt, water to stay hydrated, and optional grip aids.

Instructor Bio: Dana Tanner has recently celebrated six years in aerial arts. In the last two years, she became fixated with the fun combination of tricks and flow on pole with an aerial spin. She has visited and learned from amazing artists in Las Vegas, Cleveland, Florida, and Europe. Find her on Instragram @shesflyd
