G5 Competitor – is our most flexible membership and designed for the athlete that wishes to take full advantage of unlimited group and open gym sessions.
This membership is also perfect for individuals looking to commit to a competition level training programme. As a G5 Competitor member you are able to take advantage of Unlimited Training. You will also be eligible for discounts on G5 Workshops.
Month to month memberships can be upgraded or down graded at any time by the member, in line with the notice period detailed in the membership terms & conditions. The upgrade or downgrade will become effective in the next billing cycle/month membership.
Memberships can be cancelled at anytime during the billing cycle. All memberships have a 2 week cancellation period.
Payments align to the first of each month and are prorated accordingly upon signing up.

Memberships cancelled and re-instated within a 12 week/ 3 month period will be subject to an administration fee of £20.

Athlete
G5 Athlete 3 – is ideal for anyone from entry level to progressive athletes, who wish to train up to three group sessions a week. We believe that to achieve great RESULTS and make progress in your fitness, this is the minimum required commitment. As an Athlete 3 you can join any 3 of our Group Sessions* each week, plus Open Gym.

Members are requited to give 14 days notice to cancel the membership in order to avoid paying a further month membership.
