Run by experienced pre/post natal instructors, our Mum’s and Bub’s classes are designed to aid in post delivery recovery, support postnatal well-being and vitality, and strengthen the precious bond between mum and bub.
For $80 per month, you’ll be able to book into 1 x 45 minute Mum’s and Bub’s group Reformer class per week. 6 month contract on direct debit. A 2 week holiday hold can be put in place during your 6 month membership.
