Class Cancellation Policy
* Cancelling a class within 24 hours of its start time will result in forfeiting your class credit and incurring an £5.00 fee. This applies to all memberships and class pass holders.
Rescheduling Policy
You may transfer your booking to another class on the same day, subject to availability, provided you notify me at least two hours before the original class start time. Please note:
* Rescheduling is not permitted after the class has taken place.
* If the desired class is fully booked, the class credit will still be forfeited, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
