Class Cancellation Policy

* Cancelling a class within 24 hours of its start time will result in forfeiting your class credit and incurring an £5.00 fee. This applies to all memberships and class pass holders.

Rescheduling Policy
You may transfer your booking to another class on the same day, subject to availability, provided you notify me at least two hours before the original class start time. Please note:
* Rescheduling is not permitted after the class has taken place.
* If the desired class is fully booked, the class credit will still be forfeited, and a late cancellation fee may apply.

Late Arrival
To ensure health and safety, I am introducing a strict late arrival policy. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the class begins, you may not be allowed to participate

This membership will entitle the purchaser to a partial or complete discount on events/classes offered by the business for Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 12 months.. If the start date of this membership has already passed, it will not be prorated for partial months/days, meaning the price is the same regardless of when purchased. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE. Member understands and agrees that the use of Gym facilities involves physical activity and inherent risks.
