In this course we will learn upright shapes higher up the pole, level up spins aaaaand...go upside down!

Necessary skills are; confident climbing, understanding of fundamental spin (firefighter, chair, stag etc). We recommend attending our 8 week Beginners Static course to give you a solid grounding of the skills built upon in this course.
