Working with one of our high level coaches we can tailor the sessions to suit your individual needs, focusing on your technique and able to answer any questions you may have to help you build your confidence.
The accessory program runs alongside our main class programming Monday to Friday and is there to support and supplement the athletic development of our members.
We cover the same methodology as classes but focus more on either the skill and strength component or the conditioning.

This is for members who already attend classes 3 to 6 times a week and have an extra 45-60 minutes a day they can dedicate to training.

We have 2 sessions available to best facilitate athletic progress and improve the fundamental movement skills such as agility, balance and coordination along with jumping and throwing.
All sessions will be programmed and your child(ren) will have a record of their performance/ weights lifted/ achievements/ fitness assessments etc. We pride ourselves in upholding a high standard of not only coaching but also progression.
THIS MEMBERSHIP IS FOR ONE SESSIONS PER WEEK
We have 2 sessions available to best facilitate athletic progress and improve the fundamental movement skills such as agility, balance and coordination along with jumping and throwing.
All sessions will be programmed and your child(ren) will have a record of their performance/ weights lifted/ achievements/ fitness assessments etc. We pride ourselves in upholding a high standard of not only coaching but also progression.
Valid only for Saturday sessions.
