Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment
• Full payment is required to secure a place on the camp
• Bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of the camp start date
• Bookings are non-transferable
• Juniors will not be allowed to participate on the Camp if a parent has not secured their place in advance via the booking portal
Cancellations and Refunds
• If a camp is cancelled more than 7 days in advance, a refund will be issued minus an administrative fee
• The business reserves the right to cancel camps if there are insufficient numbers enrolled (minimum of 3 participants)
Weather Policy
• Camps typically take place in all weather conditions
• In case of light rain, sessions will continue as planned
• For heavy or constant rain or extreme heat, indoor activities will be provided if facilities are available
• If a full day of camp is cancelled due to severe weather, a pro-rata refund or credit may be offered
• No refunds are typically given for partial day cancellations if more than an hour of play has occurred
Health and Safety
• Registration details must be completed before camp begins. Parents must disclose any medical conditions or allergies, emergency contact details and whether and whether parental permission is given to leave the camp at its conclusion unaccompanied.
• The business may reserve the right to decline bookings if they cannot accommodate specific needs
Miscellaneous
• Children must be able to use the toilet independently
• Parents are responsible for providing snacks, drinks, and weather-appropriate items (e.g., sun hats, sunscreen, waterproof jackets)
• The agreed coach-to-child ratios will be maintained and Metro Tennis reserves the right to adjust group sizes or move children between groups as necessary to meet these
