Terms and Conditions
*You will have only 1 half day 1-1 session, once booked this can not be moved or re-arranged under any circumstance.
*To book your academy 1-1 session please your payments must be up to date or have paid in full.
*Attending the academy is done so at your discretion, booking you 1-1 visit is your responsibility, it is your responsibility to attend, your dates can not be transferred, reimbursed or re booked.
*Once you have booked your session this is not changeable.
*If you require a paid model you must give us at least 24 hours notice by contacting us via telephone on 0161 653 2658 (please note the academy is closed on a weekend so we are not able to take calls)
*If you require a paid model we can not guarantee your model will be a regular P.Louise model, the models will be distributed out at our discretion.
*If you require a paid model, these will be provided at a first come first serve bases, we can never 100% guarantee a model is able to be provided however we will do our upmost to provide you with one.
*If you require a paid model, this must be paid when making the booking over the phone.
The price for a half day model is £25.
*Once a model has been paid for and is not cancel within 24 hours notice (not including weekends) if your unable to attend your session, this payment is non refundable and non transferable.
*If you are not able to attend your visit, this can not be gifted to another student or to someone who has not participated in the course.
* You Bridal half day 1-1 session will run from 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm Monday- Friday this can now be booked yourself from available dates on the calendar.
* You will create one full bridal look, we would suggest bringing in some images for inspiration, alternatively our artist can advise you on what looks are suitable.
* Please be aware there are time constrictions to these lessons of 3 hours so any looks that have multiple advanced techniques within them may not be possible during this time frame. You will be able to discuss with your artist on the day what is possible during your session if you need any further clarification.
* Any payments made are non refundable and non transferable under any circumstance, so do be aware of this when booking.
* Once you dates have been booked in, they can not transferred to a new date, so please make sure you are confident with you choice of dates.
* Discount code’s and point will not be accepted on course, if they are accepted at check out you will still be expected to pay this outstanding amount on arrival of your first day of training.
