Congratulations! You’ve cleared the first trimester, and now the real transformation begins. As your bump grows and your centre of gravity shifts, your body needs a specific kind of support.

Our Pregnancy Pilates classes are designed and led by the Everything Woman specialist team. By combining our pelvic health expertise with the clinical environment of The Physiotherapy Centre, we ensure that every stretch and strengthening exercise is safe, effective, and empowering for both you and your baby.
