Workshop Info
Suitable for clients brand new to using resistance / weights to train including ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS
This is a very small, intimate workshop with an educational and practical focus
All clients will fill out a pre workshop health form, so you can share medical history before you attend. We can contact you to discuss anything we feel we need to.
Comfortable gym clothing and trainers to be worn to the workshop.
Ongoing support will be available via our team of women's and mens health specialist staff post workshop in the form of small group and 1-1 sessions, if you wish to build strength in our studios.
