Personal Training is a premium package jam-packed full of perks. It is ideal for anyone looking for a really individualised program where your trainers sole focus is upon you. Another advantage is you can have more private discussions with your trainer as it's only yous 2 in the room. You can get answers to your questions, whether it be your diet, form, recovery,etc without having to wait.

Free access to Fit for Life Classes
Nutrition Advice
Weekly Personal Check-ins

Mental Health and Exercise Program

The Silver Package includes 2 PT sessions per week.
Fit for Life
Fit for Life- 1 Class per week
Fit for Life Classes are specifically designed to help you get fit, toned and lean and sustain it.

Dumbbells, skipping ropes, battle ropes and kettlebells are frequently seen but don’t worry every class is different to keep you guessing! You will be pushed but with the friendly community and fun classes you’ll thoroughly enjoy it making consistency easy.

The 5 classes are on:
Mondays and Wednesdays at both 5:40pm and 6:30pm in the Gourock Baptist Church
Friday at 6:40pm in the Wemyss Bay Community Centre

This membership allows you to attend any 1 of the classes each week.

Fit for Life- 3 Classes per Fortnight
Fit for Life Classes are specifically designed to help you get fit, toned and lean and sustain it.

Weekly Call covering both the program and a mental health check in
