The focus is on alignment, accessible variations, and intelligent transitions, helping you build a practice that feels both safe and sustainable, while deepening the connection between body and mind.

Alongside the physical work, you’ll be introduced to key ideas from yoga philosophy and history — offering context that regular classes rarely have time to cover, and a deeper understanding of how yoga can support daily life beyond the mat.

The room will be warm (not hot), creating a comfortable, grounded environment for anyone who prefers less heat or wants a more educational, accessible experience.

Expect clear guidance, a supportive and inclusive atmosphere, minimal or no music, and space to ask questions and explore.

What you’ll explore:

Foundational postures and Sun Salutation A & B
Alignment principles for safer, more efficient movement
Breathing techniques (ujjayi, alternate nostril, 4-7-8)
Core ideas from yoga philosophy and history
Simple mindfulness tools to deepen awareness
