Curious about yoga but not sure where to start? Or looking to slow things down and really understand the foundations?
This 2-hour introductory workshop with Kasia is designed for complete beginners and anyone wanting to revisit the basics in a calm, supportive way.
You’ll be guided through essential yoga poses and breathing techniques at a slower, accessible pace, with a strong focus on alignment, variations, and understanding what truly matters in each posture: no rush, no pressure.
You’ll also be introduced to key concepts from yoga philosophy and history, which are rarely explained in regular classes.
Expect a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere, minimal or no music, and clear, thoughtful guidance throughout.

Core ideas from yoga philosophy & history
Fundamental poses and Sun Salutation A & B
Alignment basics for safe, confident practice
Breathing techniques (ujjayi, alternate nostril, 4-7-8)
Simple mindfulness tools to build body awareness
Perfect if you’re brand new to yoga or if you want to feel more confident and at ease when joining regular classes.
