The Hangar has upped its game for our growing Mum's & Mum's to be community. Wednesday and Friday fitness/strength mornings dedicated to you and your little ones (or bumps) and now a Monday Evening time slot (also run by the amazing Zoe) where you can enjoy some no little one time with your fellow Mum's and integrate with the rest of the Hangar Community!

The Entry Level "Mums, Babies & Mums to be" Membership. Every Wednesday and Friday at 9:30am. This membership gets you access to one of those classes a week and to the exclusive Hangar Facebook group - where you can hear about socials, talk to other members and discuss your aches and pains from the sessions! : )
