Each class is roughly 30 minutes long and is designed to be completed 3 times within the week.
The only equipment you require is a mat! We also use a kitchen chair and some light weights in the final (week 5) class.

This membership will entitle the purchaser to attend up to 5 reformer pilates classes at Ballycastle Pilates between the dates of 5th Jan and 29th March 2026. Please note there are NO CLASSES w/c 09/02/2026. This membership cannot be refunded. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that they book themselves into the appropriate class level.
Any classes must be cancelled within 24 hours of the class starting or the class will be deducted from your pass allowance.
