Members are guaranteed a space in their chosen class, for as long as the membership is valid.
Members can reschedule into another aerial or level up session within the week (Monday-Sunday).
Reschedules require 24 hours notice, any late cancellations or no shows will not be able to reschedule.
Sessions can’t be doubled up in the same week or carried over to another week.
Memberships are based on offering classes for 47 weeks in the year and payment being split equally into 12 monthly payments. The monthly payment will remain the same regardless of the number of classes offered that month. Missed sessions due to sickness/holidays etc have already been accounted for within the monthly payment.
You will receive a discount code for 15% off and links to class passes which are available to members only.

First payment is prorated covering the days remaining in the current month, further payments are collected on the 1st of each month with a minimum commitment of one full month.

Membership
o Recurring Payments
• Membership payments are automatically collected on the 1st of each month, regardless of the day of the week or holidays.
• Please email us to arrange an alternative collection date if required.
o Payment Attempts:
• If the payment fails on the 1st, we will retry for 3 days.
• If it still cannot be collected, an invoice will be sent for manual payment.
• Memberships will be paused until payment has been made.
Cancellations:
• To cancel your membership, please email us before the 15th of the month.
• If you cancel after the 15th, the next month’s payment will still be collected, and your membership will remain active for that month.
o Upgrades:
• You can upgrade your membership anytime.
• You’ll only be charged for the remaining days of the month at your new membership rate.
o Downgrades:
• Downgrades must be requested before the 15th of the month to take effect the following month.
• Requests made after the 15th will result in the next month’s payment being collected at your current membership rate.
o Membership Freeze:
You may request a pause (freeze) of your membership for up to 6 months due to injury or long-term illness that prevents class participation.
• Proof may be required (e.g. doctor’s note).
• The freeze will take effect from the date you contact us.
• No backdated freezes will be applied.
o Blocked Payments & Breach of Terms:
If you block or reverse a payment without giving the required cancellation notice, this is considered a breach of our Terms & Conditions.
• We reserve the right to pursue the outstanding balance.
• The payment must be cleared in full before you can access any studio services, including classes, parties, workshops, or events.
Classes
o Recurring Registrations
• We will automatically add a recurring reservation for your chosen class/es.
• Please email us if the reservation is not correct.
• You will automatically be registered into the class 5 weeks ahead.
• The reservation will be in place as long as the membership is still valid.
o Rescheduling Classes
• You can reschedule into a different session with 24 hours notice.
• You can reschedule into any aerial class or level up session only.
• You can not double up or carry over classes to another week.
• Any late cancellations or no shows will not be credited or refunded.
• No credit, reschedule or refund is available for cancelled, late cancellations or no shows.
• Memberships already have an allocated allowance for this within the payments.
