Terms and Conditions
General
Bookings close 30 minutes before the class start time.
Please note class plans will not be altered to accommodate last minute bookings.
You are responsible for your schedule and ensuring you can attend classes within the 4 week expiry period.
If you arrive after the class start time, you may not be able to participate and will forfeit your pass.
A minimum of 4 sign ups are required for class to run, you will be notified via email by 12pm on the day of class should there be any cancellations and a credit will be returned to your account.
Refunds & Cancellations
No refunds/credits/exchanges are available for purchasing errors.
You can reschedule your class up to 24 hours before its start, within the original expiry period.
We do not offer refunds, extensions, exchanges or credits for non-attendance, latecomers or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
If you have been told by a doctor not to participate in exercise, please email freedomofflightaerial@gmail.com and we will pause your pass from the day you contact until you are signed back from the doctor as fit to return for up to 1 year.
