ACT for Managing Mood Linked to Physical Health Workshop

This 60min workshop will take place on Tue 28th May @ 6pm. Our aim with this ACT workshop is to give people tools and tips for managing pain, with a split between the psychological education of pain and the link to mood. Plus exercises including mindfulness and relaxation that people can do to help, exercises on managing negative thoughts and pacing day-to-day tasks.
