You’ll master pole walks, spins, combos, and routines — all while building your strength and flexibility. Each class revisits moves from previous lessons and introduces new skills, helping you steadily progress.

No matter your fitness level, you’ll build strength with every spin — so don’t worry if you think you’re not strong enough yet!

This 6-week introduction course is a crucial first step before moving on to our Pole Improvers Level 2 class. Learn the basics, stay safe, and most importantly, have fun as you grow stronger every week!
