SNATCH
You MUST be able to perform a SAFE Snatch movement. Style is not as important.
The Barbell will start on the floor, and snatched in one movement to overhead.
This can be either a Power Snatch, Full Squat Snatch, or even Muscle Snatch.
The Barbell must be controlled at all times, and the Athlete will stand with the bar overhead
with both Knees and Elbows locked, and hips fully opened.


CLEAN and JERK
You MUST be able to perform a SAFE Clean and Jerk Movement. Style is not important.
The Barbell will start from the floor and then cleaned to a front rack position.
This can be Squat Clean or a Power clean. From this position the bar must then be either Split jerk
or Push Jerked overhead.
The Barbell must be controlled at all times, and the Athlete will stand with the bar overhead
with both Knees and Elbows locked, and hips fully opened.
