Open to Members and Non-Members! Join us for a unique two hour nutrition workshop at Spitfire designed to introduce you to the most important aspects of nutrition, and mindset to illicit positive behaviour change, in order to help you to better understand the impact of nutrition on your life.
From dropping fat and gaining strength, to fuelling for better performance, and becoming more resilient to stress, the objective of this workshop is to stimulate informed thinking, be more mindful of how nutrition impacts your training and lifestyle, and promote better eating habits.
