A complimentary 40-minute RCVR intro session for Motion Health clients who have completed, or are nearing completion of, their treatment program. This session is designed to introduce clients to RCVR’s recovery services and support ongoing mobility, muscle recovery, circulation, and general well-being after physio treatment.
Session may include sauna, red light therapy, cold plunge, or guided recovery, depending on the client’s needs, comfort level, and guidance from their physio.
